Our Mission:
AJ Bair Mechanical LLC is an energy engineering company specializing in alternative energy – solar, wind power, geothermal and bio-diesel, and weatherization. In addition to new addition of the green movement, we are currently active with organizations such as Energy Star, the Building Performance Institute, as well as the National Comfort Institute to ensure our customers of specialized servicemen with certifications in the latest technologies relating to both alternative and traditional heating and cooling methods.

Our company’s mission is to concentrate on traditional and alternative energy solutions such as biomass energy solutions for cooling systems, as well as heating systems to fulfill and emphasize on energy conservation, as well as curtail customer expenses by providing and fine tuning traditional energy solutions such as HVAC upgrades, ventilation systems, as well as carbon monoxide analysis. Currently, we are proud to be participating in the Energy $mart Program which allows us to participate in NYSERDA's residential programs which are programs that work - programs that help homeowners and renters reduce their energy costs; programs that help multifamily building owners provide energy-efficient apartments for their tenants; programs that reduce the impact homes have on the environment; and programs that provide training to contractors on how to provide quality energy efficiency services to their neighbors.

AJ Bair Mechanical LLC can significantly lower utility bills in new or old construction by having the ability to offer and install traditional or alternative products. Products include tank less water heaters as well as traditional gas and electric heaters, bio diesel fuel systems verses traditional boilers, HVAC installation for heating and cooling purposes per customer request or recommended Energy Star products. Education and training allows Tony Bair to give explanation as well as providing labor to facilitate customers in having a safer and more comfortable home.

• A blower door test to evaluate air-infiltration of the home; A close and technical assessment of your home’s actual and potential air-leakage, insulation levels, window quality, solar gain, performance of heating and cooling equipment, water heater performance, and of any of your home’s existing energy efficiency features; Recommendations for improving the energy use and efficiency of your home, including an item-by-item cost/benefit analysis of the suggested improvements (e.g., how much could you save by just adding attic insulation, versus also replacing windows, etc.); An official E-StarTM printout packet, including a 1-5 Star rating of your home, as well as highly beneficial “Present-Value” information about your home, should you decide to sell it;
• A printed hardcopy report detailing Bair Mechanical’s findings and recommendations about your home. Guided by concerns with cost-effectiveness, our report will tell you how to improve the energy performance of your home, along with suggested ways of improving its comfort and safety.
